Consisting of 12 apartments varying in size, garages, storage rooms and an elevator.
There will be apartments ranging from 50 m2 to 160 m2 on the top. Smaller apartments will be able to get connected in order to become bigger if required.
All apartments will have big balconies. The apartments on the top will have large terraces while the apartments on the ground floor will all have spacious gardens.
